In each treatment, I will do a full body assessment and use appropriate techniques such as spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, rehabilitative exercise and breathwork to help restore your body’s proper function.
I have recently added Breathwork to my practice as an effective tool to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, connect to your emotions, move energy and learn to trust your body again.
More about breathwork: Breathwork is an incredible personal healing modality! You are unconsciously aware of your breath every minute of every day. The true power lies in becoming consciously aware of how you breathe. Breathing with intention will change your life!
